Job description

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a meaningful impact by supporting children with autism and significant cognitive needs within a dynamic educational environment. A full-time, contract opportunity is available for a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) specializing in school-based services. This position takes place within a highly regarded Autism and Early Years Program, working onsite to provide direct behavioral support and program development over the academic year.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Experience in a school setting highly preferred
  • Demonstrated success supporting students with moderate to severe cognitive abilities
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop and oversee functional behavior assessments and interventions
  • Passion for fostering growth in early learners

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver hands-on behavioral oversight and consultation to classroom teams
  • Assess student needs and design individualized intervention strategies
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
  • Train and coach educational staff in evidence-based behavioral practices
  • Collect and interpret data to inform ongoing student progress and program effectiveness
