Seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a passion for supporting students across multiple school sites for the upcoming academic year. In this contract opportunity, you will play an essential role in driving positive behavioral outcomes for students within the school community, collaborating with educational teams, and ensuring effective implementation of behavioral strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification for the state of Delaware required
  • Prior experience providing BCBA services within a school environment strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to support multiple school sites effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in team settings
  • Experience conducting interviews and mentoring paraprofessionals is an asset
  • Proficient with documentation and ongoing progress monitoring

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide BCBA support across 2-3 assigned campus locations throughout the entire school year
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and collaborate with multi-disciplinary educational teams
  • Lead and conduct interviews for paraprofessional staffing at assigned sites
  • Offer training, oversight, and guidance for paraprofessionals, supporting their professional growth
