Job description

We are a small BCBA owned, values first company that implements skill-based treatment and universal protocols with our clients. We#39;re looking to expand our team to better serve our rural community. We offer small caseloads and credentialing in skill-based treatment by FTF Consulting.



Qualifications

  • BCBA Certification: Board Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis, per BACB guidelines
  • Masterโ€™s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field


Responsibilities

  • Prioritizing safety, televisibility, and rapport to create a place where the client is comfortable and prepared to learn
  • Be the leader overseeing all child-specific Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs, training, treatment recommendations, and consultations to maintain excellent clinical standards
  • You will maximize client progress to help develop and maintain treatment plans through data collection graphing charts and make necessary changes to ensure best practices are being administered
  • ABA advocate to ensure parent meetings/trainings are conducted, while also promoting services
  • Protect clientsโ€™ rights and privacy according to HIPAA regulations
  • Develop and supervise training programs for staff development using evidence-based strategies
  • Support the Behavior Technicians to ensure quality services
  • Develop, coordinate, implement, and evaluate behavior-analytic programs and supports
