Eyas Landing - Avondale is seeking a skilled and compassionate clinic-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Department Lead / Supervisor to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists in Chicago, IL.

Eyas Landing - Avondale offers a unique opportunity to provide therapy through our Merlin Day Academy, a fully integrated educational and therapeutic environment for children ages 6-14 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. About the Role

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Department Lead / Supervisor at Eyas Landing - Avondale, you will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and families in our clinic while overseeing a team of BCBAs. You'll support our clients cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through:

  • Providing caregiver education and support
  • Developing individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans
  • Supervising and mentoring RBTs during Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy sessions
  • Collaborating with occupational, physical, and speech therapists, as well as social workers
  • Providing mentorship, clinical guidance, and performance feedback to BCBAs to ensure consistency in care delivery and growth

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Total Compensation: $105,000-113,000 which includes:
    • $7,500 Sign-On Bonus
    • Base Salary: $80,000-$85,000
