Role Description
This is a part time and in home role for a Registered Behavior Technician at Adaptive Steps that is intended to grow into a full time role with clinic based opportunities. The role involves implementing behavior analysis strategies, communicating effectively, providing behavioral interventions, and utilizing applied behavior analysis techniques to support clients.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Communication skills
  • Knowledge of Behavioral Intervention techniques
  • Experience working with children or individuals with special needs
  • Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (we will train and help you achieve this if you do not have your certification yet)
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field (minimum high school deploma)
