Job description

Provide direct oversight and behavioral treatment analysis for group home clients, consistent with having a BCBA designation. Assist the Clinical Director in overseeing the service provision of all Supervisors for ABA based programs that are designed specifically to meet the needs of our clients and Key Essentials to Behavior Management funding sources. In addition, the Program Manager is responsible for providing ongoing training and development for the supervisory clinical team in order to ensure the most effective and evidence based treatments following the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis are being implemented for all clients.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments

  • Assist the Clinical Director in providing ongoing and effective training for all clinical staff in the clinical and administrative service provision, that is compliant with BACB guidelines for all clients, and operational procedures for Key Essentials to Behavior Management

  • Provide ongoing mentorship and development in the case conceptualization for all clinical staff in regards to Applied Behavior Analysis

  • Manage and oversee the effectiveness of all services for all clients, as directed by the Executive Clinical Director and Assistant Clinical Director

  • Collaborate with the Clinical Director to develop appropriate courses of action and provide resolution for clinical issues regarding client services

  • Maintain a working knowledge of advances in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis

  • Meet with Clinical Director a minimum of at least 1 time per month to review client programs and receive on-going training and support as needed

  • Overlap with Supervisors a minimum of at least one (1) time per month to ensure clinical quality assurance in the provision of services and proper program implementation for clients

  • Maintain BCBA certificate and adhere to the ethical standards outlined by the HIPAA laws and BCBA code of ethics

  • Complete other duties as assigned
