ย  Assist ROTC cadre with conducting inventories of property and supplies found at the ROTC Detachment

Support with the compliance of the Automate ROTC Mail Systems (ARMS) messages published on Web Intensive New-Gains Systems (WINGs)ย  Including assist in data entries in WINGs to support Cadet travelย  Assist with the review Cadet academic degree plan with enrolled Cadets as part of Cadet progress reviews, ensure Cadets are making academic progress to graduate on time, and ensure the completed form is filed in the Cadet's recordย  Assist as required with resource management activities with localized program budgetsย  Responsible for coordinating the completion of "consent-to-screen" types of forms including; gathering required documentation for submission, fingerprints and preparing packet results for review by the Government (AFROTC Personnel Security Branch)ย  Support and track the following; enrollment activities, cadet tuition cost estimations, Cadet Personnel Action Requests, Cadet Medical Actions, Cadet Pay Action and tuition.ย  Assist in the coordination of logistics functionsย  Track detachment, region and HQ's financial resources to include FY budget execution, unfunded requests, GPC and GTC allocation and management Support and track the following: detachment, regional and HQ's boards and submits cadet award packages, logistics support, instructor qualifications.ย  Coordinates staff packages for AETC master instructor badge nominationsย  Tracks lesson plan updates, distribution of educational materials, and updating of approved academic degree programs or scholarships and categorization at the detachment, region, and HQ's levelย  Support detachment, region and HQ's evaluations in support of AFTROTC/CCV inspections, to include building inspection schedules as well as collection and analysis of evaluation report data.ย  Tracks HQ inspection reports and detachment replies

Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Have been at minimum a Noncommissioned Officer within the U.S. Air Force Active Component, or former or current officer in the U.S. Air Force Reserve or Air National Guard Component.
  • Served on active duty within 5 years of proposed start date
  • Possess a thorough knowledge of the Air Force organizational structure, mission objectives, function, procedures, agency regulations, and policy pertaining to the Department of the Air Force.
  • Cannot have had any negative administrative actions/offenses leading to UCMJ actions and no referral performance reports (evaluations)
  • Have never received a discharge under less than honorable conditions
  • Possess computer skills, to include operation of Microsoft word processing, spreadsheets, and graphics programs, performance of user maintenance, Microsoft Windows environments, and familiarity with e-mail and internet environment and operations.
  • Subject to pre-employment and/or random drug testing.
  • Subject to background checks for Positions of Significant Trust and Authority (POSTA).
