Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Supervision Focus

Location: Alabama (Remote)

Job Type :Part-time Shift 3PM to 8PM

Currently seeking local candidates only who reside in Alabama (AL)

We are looking for skilled and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team in Alabama. You'll be part of a collaborative, supportive group of professionals who are committed to making a lasting impact on children and families.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.

  • Modify environments and adapt strategies to reduce interfering behaviors.

  • Communicate assessment results and treatment goals clearly to families.

  • Supervise, train, and mentor a team of Behavior Technicians.

  • Review and approve clinical documentation to ensure quality and compliance.


Population Served:

  • Children aged 2-16 years diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or related developmental conditions.


Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Active BCBA certification (and AL state licensure if required).

  • Strong foundation in ABA methodologies and experience working with ASD populations.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
