Job Description: Center Director (Las Cruces, NM)

About Total Care ABA

Total Care ABA is a leading provider of clinic-based and in-home Applied Behavior Analysis services across New Mexico. We are committed to supporting our clinical leaders with strong administrative systems, open communication, and a collaborative culture. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Center Director to lead the opening, operations, and growth of a new Total Care ABA center in the Las Cruces, NM area.

Position Overview:

The Center Director will oversee the launch and daily management of a new clinic, combining clinical expertise with operational leadership. This role ensures high-quality services, strong team performance, and efficient center operations.

Qualifications

  • Current BCBA Certification

  • Must reside in New Mexico

  • Must be able to reliably commute to the center

  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred

  • Experience in clinic operations or center development is a plus

Compensation

$100,000–$115,000 per year, based on experience

Your Responsibilities:

As the Center Director, you will guide the overall success of the center through a blend of clinical, operational, and leadership duties, including:

  • Overseeing all clinical services, ensuring high-quality ABA treatment, accurate assessments, and data-driven programming for each client

  • Managing daily operations, including scheduling, caseload distribution, workflow structure, and overall center efficiency

  • Supervising and mentoring BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff while maintaining a supportive and collaborative team environment

  • Conducting staff performance evaluations, providing coaching, and ensuring continued clinical competency through ongoing training and assessments

  • Leading center start-up activities such as staffing, program setup, and operational readiness

  • Supporting client onboarding, treatment planning, and supervision of service delivery

  • Partnering with leadership to monitor growth metrics, support client retention, and contribute to long-term program development
