Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - LaGrange, GA

$22 - $28 HOURLY

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Kids Club ABA - VA in LaGrange, Georgia. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work with individuals, particularly children, with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities.

About the Role:

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will implement behavior intervention plans and collect data on client progress. Your responsibilities will also include assisting in developing and maintaining individualized treatment and behavior plans, collaborating with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in implementing behavior strategies, documenting client progress and maintaining accurate medical records, and supporting clients in activities of daily living (ADLs) and social interactions.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities

  • Familiarity with applied behavior analysis principles and techniques

  • Ability to work effectively with children and adolescents

  • Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus

  • Knowledge of medical documentation, care plans, and patient care practices
