                                                                          PROJECT MANAGER - $73k to $115k BOE

COME JOIN OUR TEAM!

Due to our robust work program, BBL Construction Services has full-time Project Manager positions available at our office located in Albany.  The Project Manager is responsible for supporting the direction and completion of a construction project. Responsibilities include scheduling, procurement, and project management. 
Job Functions:

  • Coordination:  Coordination of various subcontractors and team members
  • Accuracy:  Administrative implementation and oversight of contracts, change orders, invoices, etc.
  • Scheduling:  Managing projects and keeping them on schedule
  • Budgeting: Maintain that projects stay within budget constraints
  • Associations:  Maintain a positive relationship with customers and fellow colleagues

Other Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management preferred
  • 3 to 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry
  • Proficient with personal computers & MS Office applications; (working knowledge with Procore and Sage software a plus)
  • Demonstrates exceptional written and oral communication skills; ability to write formal letters & documents
