Syntricate Technologies is seeking an HR Applications Project Manager to oversee corporate application projects in the HR domain. The role involves managing HRIS implementations and talent management system upgrades while ensuring adherence to best practices in HR processes.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the HR or IT field.
• Proven experience managing HR corporate application projects (e.g., HRIS implementations, talent management system upgrades).
