TheEnterprise ApplicationsManager leads the strategic direction and lifecycle management of enterprise applications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and technology roadmaps. This role drives business value through solution design, security compliance, and integration strategies while managing vendor relationships and overseeing major application initiatives. As a senior leader, the manager fosters a high-performing team, champions change management, and influences company-wide decisions to deliver scalable, innovative solutions that support long-term growth.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Math or related field,or equivalent relevant experience

  • Eight (8) years related experience of which three (3) years are managingenterprise application strategy, implementation, and lifecycle management

  • Construction industry experience preferred

  • Proven leadership in managing teams and cross-functional projects

  • Strong knowledge of security, compliance, and integration requirements

  • Experience with vendor and partner management

  • Expertisein project and change management methodologies

TECHNICAL JOB KNOWLEDGE:

The base salary (or hourly) range for this position is

$140,000.00 - $175,000.00
