Honeywell Multisite, a division of Honeywell International needs a Construction Project Administrator. As a Project Administrator, you will be responsible for timely and accurate processing of project related administrative tasks, relative to the installation of building automation systems for various National Account customers in North America.
Responsibilities
Communication & Collaboration
  • Effectively collaborate with Project Managers regarding contract documents, change orders, contract modifications and approvals.
  • Communicate with Operations Manager to ensure all subcontract documents are fully executed prior to processing.
  • Collaborate with internal resources regarding contract documents, if needed.

Documents & Applications
  • Project Creation in SAP: Initiate and manage project setup in the SAP system, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurately entered.
  • Provide clients with W9 and Insurance documentation.
  • Assist new clients with application processes.
  • Project Material Tracking: Monitor the delivery and usage of materials to prevent project delays.
  • Project Invoicing: Prepare, review, and submit invoices related to projects. Ensure all financial documentation aligns with project estimates and contractual obligations.
  • Closeout Documentation: Compile and organize all project-related documents for closeout, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Client Satisfaction: Collaborate with the Account Project Manager to uphold high levels of client communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist with special projects as requested.

Qualifications
MUST HAVES:
  • Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Administrator.
  • Demonstrated capability in problem resolution and ownership.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Recognized professionalism in customer relations.
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office required.

WE VALUE:
  • SAP software knowledge is a plus
  • Experience or knowledge of project structure in a construction environment.
  • Experience or knowledge with lien waiver and insurance requirements and W-9 requirements.
