Position Summary:
As an IT Applications Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our Project Management Office
(PMO), supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT application projects. The successful
Candidate will have a solid understanding of project administration principles, excellent organizational
Skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets for IT application
projects.
- Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and documentation of meeting
minutes.
- Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
- Serve as a central point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project
status, risks, and issues.
- Support project teams in identifying and resolving project-related issues, escalating as necessary to
ensure timely resolution.
- Assist with resource allocation and coordination, ensuring appropriate staffing levels for project
activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of project objectives with organizational goals and
priorities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices within
the PMO.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project administration, preferably in an IT or technology-related
