  • Serve as the primary decision-maker for People system trade-offs, balancing strategic priorities with technical feasibility.ย

Governance, Risk Management & Platform Alignmentย

  • Govern configuration standards, system controls, and data quality across modules and regions.ย

  • Partner with Security, Compliance, and People leadership to ensure adherence to global data privacy, workforce regulatory requirements, and audit needs.ย

  • Manage system documentation, SOPs, knowledge articles, and training materials.ย

  • Evaluate change requests and enhancement proposals to maintain platform stability and avoid fragmentation or duplication.ย

Change Management & Organizational Readinessย

  • Lead release planning, readiness, testing coordination, and deployment activities for Oracle HCM Cloud and connected tools.ย

  • Communicate upcoming changes, feature impacts, and adoption requirements to People, Finance, Digital, and global users.ย

  • Ensure enhancements and new features are released with full documentation, training, and enablement support.ย

  • Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go-live preparation to ensure smooth adoption.ย

Configuration, Integrations & Data Managementย

  • Oversee People system configuration across modules, business units, and regions, ensuring consistency and alignment with global standards.ย

  • Partner with integration teams to manage data flows between People systems and downstream applications including Finance, EPM, Operations, and Safety.ย

  • Ensure workforce data (e.g., job history, movement, compensation, tenure, performance) is structured and accessible for enterprise planning and analytics.ย

  • Maintain strong data governance and ensure system design supports reporting, headcount modeling, and workforce planning.ย

Cross-Functional Partnership & Demand Managementย

  • Serve as the intake point for People system requests, enhancements, and issues across the enterprise.ย

  • Collaborate closely with People Operations, Talent, Total Rewards, Payroll, Finance, Digital, and regional teams to define scalable, sustainable solutions.ย

  • Set clear expectations for scope, prioritization, and sequencing of changes.ย

  • Ensure product roadmap alignment with broader Enterprise Applications strategy and architecture.ย

Team Leadership & Collaborationย

  • Mentor and collaborate with Sr. Application Analysts and cross-functional delivery teams.ย

  • Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous learning.ย

  • Guide the team in translating People requirements into sustainable system capabilities.ย

  • Promote consistent and best practice standards for configuration, documentation, and system change practices.ย ย

Required Qualificationsย
