We're partnering with a growing, mission-driven organization seeking an Enterprise Applications Analyst to serve as a key member of a collaborative IT team. This is a highly visible role where you'll lead application initiatives, support Microsoft technologies, drive system integrations, and partner directly with users across the organization.
This position offers the opportunity to become the subject matter expert for critical business applications while helping shape technology strategy during a period of significant growth and transformation.
What You'll Do
• Own and support enterprise applications including SharePoint, ADP, LMS, and other key business systems
• Serve as needed, as Tier III support for Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
• Lead projects involving application integrations, workflows, and process improvements
• Support role-based access, user provisioning, and identity management initiatives
• Partner directly with employees to solve business and technology challenges
• Assist with Zoom and Teams webinars, collaboration tools, and end-user productivity solutions
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to optimize technology investments
What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of experience in Applications Support, Systems Administration, Business Systems, or Technology Analyst roles
• Strong Microsoft 365 and SharePoint experience
• Experience supporting enterprise business applications
• Familiarity with Active Directory, access management, user provisioning, or system integrations
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
