The ideal candidate is equally comfortable presenting a roadmap to business executives and building an agentic AI pipeline in a development environment. You bring deep technical expertise across our core GIS platforms - Salesforce, Power BI, Snowflake, NetSuite, and Workato - and a proven track record of delivering enterprise automation at scale with an aptitude to understand business process flows.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to VPs, Senior Directors, and business unit leaders to identify, prioritize, and scope automation and AI opportunities.
  • Lead discovery sessions and requirements workshops with senior stakeholders, translating high-level business goals into clear, actionable technical specifications.
  • Communicate complex technical solutions in business terms - presenting roadmaps, ROI projections, and project updates to executive audiences with clarity and confidence.
  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to ensure alignment between GIS capabilities and organizational priorities.

Automation Architecture & Delivery

  • Design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade automation solutions using Workato and complementary iPaaS or workflow tools.
  • Architect end-to-end integrations across Salesforce, NetSuite, Snowflake, Power BI, and other enterprise platforms.
  • Develop and implement agentic AI solutions - autonomous agents and intelligent workflows - that reduce manual effort, eliminate process bottlenecks, and improve decision-making.
  • Establish best practices for automation governance, including documentation, testing, error handling, and monitoring.

GIS Platform Expertise

  • Collaborate with the GIS team on platform administration, configuration, and optimization across Salesforce, Power BI, Snowflake, NetSuite, and Workato.
  • Identify and implement improvements to existing integrations and data flows between GIS platforms.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance standards are maintained across all automation touchpoints.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to GIS team members on automation and AI capabilities.

AI Strategy & Innovation

  • Stay ahead of the rapidly evolving AI landscape and proactively bring forward opportunities to apply emerging tools and techniques.
  • Build and iterate on AI-powered solutions leveraging frameworks such as LangChain, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Anthropic Claude, or similar platforms.
  • Partner with leadership to develop and execute a multi-year automation and AI roadmap aligned to business strategy.
  • Define KPIs and success metrics for automation initiatives and report progress to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in automation, systems integration, or AI/data roles within an enterprise environment.
  • Executive Presence: Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and present to senior business leaders (VP-level and above); strong executive communication and facilitation skills.
  • Workato: Hands-on experience building and managing enterprise automation and integration workflows in Workato or a comparable iPaaS platform (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Zapier Enterprise).
  • Salesforce: Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including integrations, data models, and workflow automation (Flow, Apex, or similar).
  • Snowflake: Proficiency in SQL and experience managing data pipelines and models in Snowflake.
  • Power BI: Ability to design and publish executive-level dashboards and reports; DAX experience preferred.
  • NetSuite: Deep understanding of NetSuite data models (transactions, entities, and GL impact). Experience integrating NetSuite with external systems (billing, CRM, data platforms)
  • Agentic AI: Practical experience designing and deploying autonomous AI agents and intelligent automation workflows to solve real business problems.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a consultative, business-first mindset.

Domain Expertise (Highly Desired)
