Responsibilities:
  • Providing customer applications training / support in house and at customer's facilities
  • Performs time studies, test cuts, and machine demonstrations as needed
  • Programing of multi-axis applications utilizing CAM-systems
  • Assists in reviewing applications aspects of RFQs and turnkey projects and feasibility
  • Provides sales support at trade shows and open house events
  • Develop leading machining processes
  • Provide customer production analysis and support on site, etc
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested

Requirements:
  • BS Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related field experience.
  • 4-6 years' experience in machining and/or training
  • Knowledge in the field of 5-axis machining
  • Control knowledge of CNC controls, Heidenhain / Siemens preferred
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Teamwork and high level of performance
  • Location Franklin, WI (headquarter of Hermle USA)
  • Extensive travel is required - 50% (including international)
