We are looking for an experienced Sales Application Engineer/Specialist to join our team in Danielson, CT. This role is 100% on site.
As a Sales Application Engineer / Specialist, you will:
  • Use your strong technical aptitude and solution selling skills to identify and engage with new customers;
  • Create and execute strategies to penetrate target companies with specific product groups;
  • Develop SPIROL advocates and build meaningful relationships with them; and
  • Tactfully overcome barriers to success with tenacity, and demonstrate to the customer the benefits of doing business with SPIROL.

The successful candidate will have:
  • Engineering or Business/Marketing degree with strong technical aptitude
  • 5-7 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in solution sales of direct materials or products into engineered assemblies and applications
  • Ability and desire to travel based on business needs and sales objectives
