About the Opportunity
JOB SUMMARY
Aaron Seitz and Susanne Jaeggi in the Brain Game Center for Mental Fitness and Well-being seek an Applications Developer to assist in the development of modular, configurable, cross-platform software in C#, emphasizing clean architecture, defensive programming, testing, and reliability at scale for tools used to measure and train cognitive processes. In this role, the PDeveloper will assist with all aspects of the implementation of research tools from design and development to maintenance and support. The ideal candidate should be an experienced developer comfortable designing and developing for most parts of a Unity game platform stack. We are also seeking candidates with experience with hardware integrations for systems such as VR devices, EEG, Eye-tracking, actigraphy, etc. Further, the Applications Developer will need to operate well in programming teams and to collaborate in a multi-disciplinary environment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.
  • 7+ of professional experience.
  • Programming experience in C#, Unity.
  • C# network programming experience
  • Strong OO & SOLID
  • Experience with video game (2D and 3D) development
  • Software organization, management, version control experience
  • UI experience
  • Full-Stack experience
  • Ability able communicate using both technical and non-technical terms with team-members having diverse backgrounds
