Job Description
  • Analyze and determine the functional and technical specifications needed to upgrade and enhance existing systems.
  • Configure, maintain, upgrade, and manage computer servers to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Create and design comprehensive reports that analyze system results for the management team and business units.
  • Document the implementation procedures for full lifecycle projects involving system applications.
  • Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
  • Oversee programming tasks, ensuring code quality and adherence to project requirements.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of all software development and testing processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users during system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve system performance, implementing necessary changes and upgrades.
Qualifications

These duties are too complex and specialized to be performable with a bachelor's degree related to computer science or computer information systems or information technology.
