Prestigious Global Firm is currently seeking a Senior Relativity Legal Application Engineer with strong SQL experience. Candidate will lead the advanced configuration, integration, and optimization of legal technology solutions supporting Litigation Practice Delivery. In this role, you will partner closely with Litigation Practice Technology, technology vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure applications are secure, scalable, and fully leveraged to meet complex business needs.

Responsibilities:
Configure and optimize legal and litigation technology solutions to meet advanced firm requirements
Lead the integration of cloud and on premises data sources into SaaS platforms
Serve as a senior escalation point, providing Level 3 application support and resolving complex Level 2 issues
Partner with vendors to ensure alignment with firm standards, best practices, and efficiency goals
Manage system upgrades, conversions, and enhancements in coordination with non IT business partners
Ensure all applications comply with security, governance, and compliance standards
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation covering configurations, integrations, and troubleshooting
Act as a subject matter expert for technology initiatives within Litigation Practice Delivery
Provide operational support, including participation in a shared on call rotation

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
8+ years of experience in advanced application support, configuration, or innovation focused technical roles
Strong expertise with e discovery and litigation technology platforms (e.g., Relativity Server/One, Reveal, BrainSpace)
Experience working with emerging AI and automation technologies
Solid understanding of application and data integrations, including APIs, ETL, and data pipelines
Hands on experience with Microsoft SQL, Linux environments, REST APIs, and PowerShell scripting
Exceptional problem solving, judgment, and communication skills (written and verbal)
Proven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and collaborate across technical and business teams
A proactive mindset with strong organizational and leadership capabilities
