Job description

The St. Louis Support Services Division for Enterprise Mobility is excited to announce an opportunity for the position of Sales Support Contract Creation Coordinator within the Sales Support team! 

ABOUT THE ROLE    

The Contract Creation Coordinator builds corporate partner contracts and amendments, applying the appropriate pre-determined language, based on the nature of the contract, for various channels of business across the organization. This role reviews and ensures that all legal and business terms are strictly adhered to in the development of contracts, researching and identifying changes that must be made to be compliant with contract standards.  

ABOUT THE JOB   

This position will be in person at our Corporate Offices in St. Louis, MO, with the option to work a hybrid schedule after 60 days. This opportunity has a schedule of Monday–Friday with a start time from 7:00am-8:00am CT. The starting pay for this position is $18.99/hr. Compensation decisions will be made based on factors that include but are not limited to experience, education, location, and skill level.

ABOUT THE TEAM 

Enterprise Mobility’s Support Services teams are responsible for Global Call Center Operations, Replacement Rental Services Support, Information Management, Customer Service Metric Programs, North American Roadside Assistance, Sales Support, Mobility Development and Technical Support Helpdesks. This team consists of over 4,000 customer service professionals, support staff and management around the globe in 15 different countries with 70+ million customer contacts handled annually.   


  • Create contracts, amendments, and addendums applying approved standard language and ensuring consistency with established standards for multiple business lines   
  • Perform quality assurance audits of contracts, amendments, addendums, and/or pricing summaries before submitting for processing   
  • Follow strict adherence to established processes and procedures for creating all legal documents   
  • Participate in conference calls and meetings with multiple departments to proactively seek direction and discuss issues or processes   
  • Communicate with the sales team to clarify requests, provide best practices and training to the field on contract development, and provide process instructions related to relevant systems   
  • Ensure and facilitate proper approvals on pricing and contract attributes, communicating to the applicable sales team
