Job Summary (List Format):
- Administer and support the Salesforce platform, providing direct, hands-on assistance to end users.
- Manage and resolve a high volume of support tickets, ensuring timely and detailed responses.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce and third-party system syncs.
- Deliver excellent customer service, demonstrating patience, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
- Communicate effectively with users, including video meetings and regular status updates on tickets.
- Document ticket updates thoroughly and ensure tickets are properly closed upon resolution.
- Prioritize and manage multiple support tickets simultaneously, demonstrating strong time management skills.
- Work collaboratively and efficiently in a 100% remote, distributed team environment.
- Participate in a rotating Saturday shift every 3-4 months, with adjusted weekday hours as needed.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in application support for Salesforce required.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
