Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to join our onsite technology team. In this role, you will provide technical support for enterprise applications, troubleshoot software issues, and work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure business-critical applications operate efficiently. The ideal candidate is analytical, customer-focused, and enjoys solving technical challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for application users, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Monitor application performance and conduct regular system health checks.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and implement solutions for software bugs and enhancements.
  • Document support processes, user guides, and FAQs to improve knowledge sharing.
  • Assist in user training sessions and create training materials as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
