POSITION SUMMARY:
Lead the charge in shaping Advanced Energy's next phase of growth. The Director, Corporate Development & Integration will act as a core member of Advanced Energy's Corporate Development function, leading the planning, preparation, and execution of post-close integrations while supporting key phases of the M&A lifecycle, including due diligence, transaction execution, and cross-functional coordination through closing.
Success in this role means performing as a pivotal driver of Advanced Energy's growth strategy- owning integration and partnering closely with deal teams to enable effective evaluation, execution, and transition of transactions. You will build strong partnerships across our businesses and corporate functions, helping champion teams to plan, prioritize, and execute both pre- and post-close activities.

  • Lead cross-functional coordination across Operations, Finance, IT, Sales, HR, Legal, and Engineering
  • Provide ongoing governance and executive-level reporting on integration progress, risks, and outcomes
  • Support other transaction workstreams including due diligence efforts by coordinating cross-functional inputs and identifying integration risks and opportunities
  • Partner with Corporate Development, Legal, and external advisors to support transaction structuring and documentation coordination
  • Ensure continuity between diligence findings and integration execution plans

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
  • Location: Denver, CO

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
You are a strategic, execution-oriented leader who translates complex transactions into clear, actionable plans. You operate effectively across diligence, execution, and integration, and build strong partnerships with colleagues, cross-functional teams, and external advisors. You bring analytical rigor, excel in complexity, and communicate clearly and establish productive working relationships with your colleagues and external advisors.
EXPERIENCE:
  • 5-8+ years of experience in program management, transformation, or acquisition integration in complex, cross-functional environments.

EDUCATION:
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree
