Job description


Human Resources is accepting applications for the Hourly Food Services Staff applicant pool; Staff may work as food line servers, cashiers, and/or cooks (these are hourly-at-will positions without benefits). Incumbents hired may work from 2 to 6 hours per day, between 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., depending on work location assignment. Interviews will be conducted on an as needed basis during the 2025-2026 School Year.
Staff are at-will-employees and only work on as needed basis. The following may not include all the requirements or duties performed: Knowledge of foods and their preparation and service; Knowledge of food sanitation; Ability to serve as the cashier in the school cafeteria; Knowledge of the operation and care of kitchen equipment. Ability to lift heavy objects (35 pounds), including standing for long periods of time; Ability to read, write, and follow directions; Must be reliable, dependable and flexible; Ability to collect moneys. serve as line server; Ability to operate and clean a variety of kitchen equipment, such as an oven, grill, deep-fat fryer, industrial dishwasher, etc.

Click the Submit Application button to finish applying for an APS position(s). 10.
