We are seeking a Release Manager to drive the successful planning, coordination, and execution of technology releases across complex, crossfunctional teams.

This role is critical to ensuring releases are delivered safely, predictably, and in compliance with enterprise standards, while supporting Agile and DevOps delivery models. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, a structured approach to risk and change management, and experience operating in productioncritical environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage endtoend release activities across multiple teams and applications.
  • Identifying potential risks to the release and developing mitigation strategies to ensure smooth deployment.
  • Lead release and change management processes, ensuring adherence to enterprise governance and controls.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination between engineering, QA, DevOps, operations, security, and business partners.
  • Ensure production readiness, including validation of deployment plans, rollback strategies, testing completion, and operational support models.
  • Identify, assess, and manage release risks, escalating issues and driving mitigation plans as needed.
  • Support compliance requirements by ensuring proper documentation, approvals, and audit readiness.
  • Coordinate vulnerability remediation efforts, partnering with security and engineering teams to ensure timely resolution prior to release.
  • Communicate release status, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders at varying levels of technical expertise.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
  • Proven experience in Release Management and Change Management within technology environments.
  • Solid Agile and DevOps fluency, with experience supporting iterative delivery and CI/CD pipelines.
