La dynamique de votre équipe :

Nous recherchons un(e) gestionnaire de déploiement expérimenté(e) et rigoureux(se) pour superviser et coordonner les livraisons sur nos plateformes Microsoft Dynamics 365. Ce rôle est essentiel pour assurer des déploiements fluides, fiables et sécurisés à travers plusieurs unités clés de l’entreprise, notamment les ventes, la finance, le service client et les opérations.

Votre journée en un coup d'oeil :

  • Planification des déploiements : Planifier, programmer et exécuter les livraisons de solutions sur plusieurs environnements, y compris Développement, QA, UAT et Production.
  • Gestion des déploiements : Gérer l’empaquetage, le versionnage et le déploiement des solutions pour Dynamics 365 CRM et F&O, en s’appuyant sur les pipelines Azure DevOps.
  • Collaboration : Travailler en partenariat avec les développeurs, analystes métier et testeurs pour valider le contenu des releases et garantir leur exécution dans les délais.
  • Coordination : Maintenir les calendriers de livraison, documenter les demandes de changement et assurer la communication avec les parties prenantes pour les validations "go/no-go".

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Release Manager to oversee and coordinate releases across our Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms. This role is instrumental in facilitating seamless, reliable, and secure deployments across key business units, including Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and Operations.

Your day at a glance:

  • Release Planning: Plan, schedule, and execute solution releases across multiple environments, including Development, QA, UAT, and Production.
  • Deployment Management: Handle solution packaging, versioning, and deployment for Dynamics 365 CRM and F&O, leveraging Azure DevOps pipelines.
  • Collaboration: Partner with developers, business analysts, and testers to validate release content and ensure timely execution.
  • Coordination: Maintain release calendars, document change requests and liaise with business stakeholders for go/no-go approvals.
  • Accountability: Prepare rollback plans, track changes, and conduct release audits for all deployments.
  • Support: Manage ISV solutions and Power Platform components, ensuring proper dependency management across integrated systems.
