Reporting to the Applications Manager, the Senior IT Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of primarily Business Application and Systems projects. The role requires a combination of technical knowledge, leadership, and project management expertise to manage complex initiatives, coordinate cross functional teams, and ensure alignment with business objectives. This position is critical to implement IT solutions efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and performance, delivered on time, within budget, and with strong customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Define project objectives and scope, develop detailed project plans, and track progress against milestones to ensure timely delivery.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Manage project budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and monitor expenditures to maintain financial control.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
