Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Commercial Plumbing Project Manager to oversee commercial plumbing projects from start to finish for one of our clients. They are a leading plumbing company in North Royalton, OH.  This position oversees all aspects of accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and development of strategic financial plans to support company growth.
Responsibilities:
  • Handle all preconstruction steps, such as submittals, coordination and site visit.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and job progress.
  • Coordinate with field crews, contractors, and vendors
  • Manage all job impacts, RFI's, Change Orders.
  • Attend all job PM meetings. 
    Review plans/specs and ensure code compliance
  • Track costs, change orders, and project documentation
  • Coordinate all project close out steps, such as final punch-list items, coordinate demobilization, Warranty letters, Operation Manuals and AS-Builds. 
Qualifications:
  • Project management experience (construction/plumbing preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Bonus: Commercial plumbing experience
$60,000 - $80,000 a year
