Job Title:          Technical Project Manager 

Location:          Bloomington, IL

Job Description: 

 Seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the deployment and management of Access Capture, an application packaging tool hosted within an Azure tenant. The role will oversee a dedicated team of engineers, drive system integrations with ServiceNow, and ensure project milestones are delivered on time and within scope. The Project Manager will also eventually support the Zero-Touch workstation program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage a team of engineers, fostering collaboration and ensuring technical deliverables align with project goals.
  • Create, maintain, and own the comprehensive project plan, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Hold the project team accountable to strict timelines, track progress, and unblock issues as they arise.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates.
  • Manage expectations across the practice and implementation teams.
  • Lead the deployment and management of Access Capture within the Azure tenant.
  • Drive system integrations with ServiceNow.
  • Ensure project milestones are completed on time and within scope.
  • Eventually support the Zero-Touch workstation program.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end IT infrastructure or software deployment projects.
  • Hands-on experience or strong working knowledge of the Azure ecosystem.
  • Experience managing projects involving ServiceNow integrations is highly desirable.
  • Prior exposure to application packaging workflows or tools, specifically Access Capture, is a major plus.
  • Experience with Intune.
  • Experience with workstations.
