The Executive Director of Enterprise Applications and Application Development serves as a senior technology leader responsible for strategic vision, operational excellence, and continuous improvement of enterprise platforms and custom application solutions across the LCTC System and its member colleges. This role ensures that all enterprise technology initiatives are secure, scalable, and align with institutional priorities, directly enhancing the experience of students, faculty, staff, and administrators.

As a transformational leader, the Executive Director builds and sustains highโ€‘performing teams by fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, customer service, and continuous improvement. Required Education

Bachelorโ€™s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Required Experience
  • Extensive, handsโ€‘on experience with Ellucian Banner ERP, including implementation, administration, optimization, data migration, reporting, endโ€‘user training, and transformation of the endโ€‘user experience.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressive leadership experience with a demonstrated track record of improving systems, services, and team performance.
  • Proven ability to build consensus and drive outcomes across organizational boundaries without direct authority.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent complex projects, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and resource coordination.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
