We are looking for a high-energy, highly engaged Sales Manager to lead and drive performance at our powersports dealership. This role is about ownership, accountability, and execution. You are not just managing a team, you are building momentum, creating traffic, and delivering results every single day.


FFUN Motorsports Saskatoon, represents multiple major brands across snowmobiles, off-road vehicles, motorcycles, and marine, and we need a leader who can drive performance, grow shop volume, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

What you'll be doing:

      • Lead, coach, and hold the sales team accountable to daily activity and results
      • Drive unit sales, gross profit, and appointment activity
      • Create energy on the floor and maintain a strong, competitive sales culture
      • Ensure consistent use of CRM, follow-up processes, and sales structure
      • Run daily huddles, one-on-ones, and performance check-ins
      • Keep the team engaged in ongoing training and development
      • Partner with Marketing to drive traffic through campaigns and social media
      • Be hands-on in deals when needed to support and close business
      • Monitor and push key metrics including calls, contacts, appointments, and closing ratios

        • Proven success in a Sales Manager or senior sales leadership role
