Teller – Provides quality member service by working with members to process transactional needs. Using cross-selling techniques, Tellers uncover the needs of members and then refer or sell financial products and services that are best suited for each member.

Member Service Specialist – Using cross-selling techniques Member Service Specialists (MSS) uncover the needs of members and provide them with information, in order to help members determine which products or services will best meet their needs. Then, the MSS assists members with accessing those resources. This is performed in person, as well as over the telephone.

Member Service Center Representatives – Establishes and maintains a positive rapport with members, leading to loyal relationships with members. Member Service Center Representatives (MSCRs) accomplish this by listening and responding to members' requests. MSCRs receive most transaction requests via phone communications, as well as through email and postal mail correspondence. Using cross-selling techniques, MSCRs provide valuable information to members about the features and benefits of the products and services offered by The Summit.
