In this position, the Salesforce Application Manager will lead a team of software engineers in developing and implementing Salesforce-based solutions. This role involves managing development activities across various agile teams, mentoring staff and consultants to meet job expectations, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and guide multiple software engineering teams (both local and remote) to achieve development goals set in sprints.
  • Coach team members according to established performance metrics.
  • Provide technical direction and establish best practices in software development, such as code reviews and DevOps standards.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, product owners, and stakeholders to develop technical solutions that meet business needs.
  • Ensure the quality of product releases in partnership with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce/Cloud Craze and Salesforce Development (Apex, Lightning, Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Rules, and SOQL).
  • Experience in integrating Salesforce with third-party applications.
  • Strong presentation, leadership, communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and work independently with attention to detail.
