Description du poste

Relevant du Chef de la direction des ventes, le Directeur developpement et integration est responsable de la gestion et de la coordination de l'aspect administratif et du developpement des affaires de l'equipe de courtiers en assurance de dommages en developpement des affaires. Il doit de plus posseder un bon sens de l'initiative et un esprit strategique afin de permettre a son unite de continuellement atteindre de nouveaux sommets. Il veille egalement a ce que le milieu de travail soit professionnel et oriente vers le service, en surveillant le rendement des employes et en prenant au besoin les mesures requises pour les motiver.

Ses responsabilites, sans s'y limiter, sont:

  • Assurer la retention de la clientele et celle des employes;
  • Organiser et animer les reunions mensuelles;
  • Assurer le developpement des affaires;
  • Communiquer la vision de l'entreprise et voir a l'atteinte des objectifs;
  • Evaluer la performance des employes de son equipe;
  • Effectuer les revisions salariales;
  • Gerer les mesures disciplinaires;
  • Assurer la realisation de differents projets;
  • Assurer la formation et le developpement professionnel des employes;
  • Gerer les presences et les absences;
  • Produire les rapports mensuels:
  • Suivre les courtiers dans la collection des dossiers;
  • Autoriser les rapports de depenses;
  • Autoriser les modalites de paiement si hors-normes;
  • Suivre rigoureusement les activites de developpement
  • Participer activement au recrutement de nouveaux candidats.
Exigences du poste

Competences techniques

  • Diplome d'etudes collegiales et permis de l'AMF en assurance des entreprises;
  • Experience dans un role de gestion;
  • Excellente maitrise de la langue francaise, tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit;
  • Bonne connaissance de l'anglais, essentielle pour les communications et les transactions avec notre clientele anglophone;
  • Maitrise de la suite Office.
