About the Role
The Integration Specialist is the technical engine behind Payliance's sales and client success teams. This role partners closely with Account Executives and Client/Partner Success Managers to deliver tailored payment solutions to SMB merchants and partners-serving as the primary technical contact through integration, onboarding, and beyond.
This is a role for someone who can translate complex technical requirements into clear, compelling solutions and thrives working at the intersection of product, sales, and client success.
What You'll Do
Pre-Sales & Technical Advisory
• Act as the technical SME alongside Account Executives and Client/Partner Success Managers during the sales process.
• Lead client technical discovery discussions to understand requirements and design value-driven solutions.
• Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to merchants, partners, and C-level stakeholders.
• Translate product capabilities into solutions that address customer pain points and business goals.
Integration Support
• Serve as the primary technical contact for SMB merchants and partners integrating to Payliance products.
• Develop deep expertise in Payliance's technical offerings to match them effectively to customer requirements.
• Support post-sales teams during onboarding and solution implementation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Product, Sales, and Implementations teams to ensure smooth solution deployment.
• Provide feedback to product and development teams based on customer needs and market trends.
• Participate in technical enablement training for internal teams and external partners.
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape.
