As **Lead Engineer – Generation**, you will work with project teams to manage the engineering and construction phases of projects. You will be responsible for facilitating the Alliant Energy internal review of all engineering drawings, technical specifications, and any other technical documents produced by the project Owner’s Engineer (OE), Engineer of Record (EOR), Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), builder, or other entities. In this role you act as a final checkpoint between the engineering and the construction of the projects.This is a **hybrid position with occasional travel to project sites** including as needed to support early site development, construction, start-up and commissioning while reporting from Madison, WI, or Cedar Rapids, IA.
