Job description

ASRC Federal is actively hiring a Senior Power Apps Developer in support of our Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency (DCSA) program based out of Quantico VA.

Remote flexibility available! Telework offered with a requirement to be onsite up to two (2) days a week at Quantico Marine Corps Base VA.

Position Description:

As a Senior Power Apps Developer, you will serve as a technical lead, collaborating closely with key stakeholders to gather complex requirements and assess enterprise business needs. You will architect, design, and develop custom, high-impact Power Apps applications to automate critical workflows, establish robust integrations, and create interactive, enterprise-level dashboards and reports. In this senior role, you will also provide technical mentorship to junior developers and help drive the program's overall low-code/no-code strategy.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience in Cybersecurity, and/or Information Systems Management, Information Technology with 5+ Years – experience developing production applications using the Microsoft Power Platform, with a strong focus on Power Apps and Power Automate and/or SharePoint sites, lists, and libraries development or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Active Secret Clearance REQUIRED, eligible to be upgraded to TS/SCI
  • Must meet 8570 certification requirements at the time of hire. IAM or IAT Level I (e.g., A+, CCNA Security, Network+ CE, SSCP, CAP, GSLC, Security+ or higher tiered 8570 certification

Required Skills:

  • Enterprise Architecture - Expertly design, build, maintain, and scale complex Power Apps for high-volume data collection, advanced process automation, and enhanced reporting.
  • Logic & Formulas – Author and optimize complex, highly efficient Power Fx formulas to implement advanced business logic and data manipulation within Power Apps.
  • SharePoint Integration – Advanced administration of SharePoint Online, including designing and managing custom sites, complex lists, and secure libraries.
  • Workflow Automation - Proficient in architecting and configuring enterprise-level Power Automate workflows to automate complex business processes and integrate with disparate data sources.
  • Development Lifecycle - Strong mastery of coding best practices, governance, standard operating procedures, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) under Agile methodologies.
  • Data Management - Expertly design and manage data sources in various enterprise formats such as Excel, SharePoint, Microsoft Dataverse, and SQL Server.
  • Technical Documentation - Demonstrated ability to prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system design documents, API mappings, user guides, and release notes.
  • Leadership & Mentorship - Provide technical and professional guidance to team members. Share knowledge and insights across teams, contribute to the broader organizational vision, and actively support team growth.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

This is primarily a Telework position with a requirement to be onsite up to two (2) days a week

If alternate worksite is other than DCSA facilities or corporate office space, must have the reliable ability to communicate over voice (cell phone preferred) and stable, capable internet connection

Must be able to communicate complex technical ideas to a diverse customer base both verbally and in written form
