Lead Clinical Excellence at a Premier Residential Treatment Center

Twelve Oaks Recovery Center is seeking a Director of Nursing (RN) to lead clinical operations across detox and residential programs. This is a high-impact leadership role with strong corporate support, a collaborative team, and the opportunity to shape care delivery in a respected, mission-driven environment.

Your Impact as Director of Nursing

As Director of Nursing, you will lead nursing operations across detox and residential levels of care, ensuring safe, compliant, and patientcentered clinical services. You'll play a key role in fostering a positive culture, supporting staff development, and maintaining the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic and daytoday leadership for all nursing operations
  • Oversee clinical quality, patient safety, and performance improvement initiatives
  • Support individualized treatment planning and continuity of care
  • Collaborate closely with medical, clinical, and behavioral health leadership
  • Mentor, coach, and develop nursing staff and frontline leaders
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulatory standards
