Job description

Blossom Therapeutics is a family-centered pediatric OT practice seeking an experienced Registered Occupational Therapist to provide evaluation and treatment to children in our private outpatient setting. Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) with pediatric experience are also encouraged to apply.

We believe in supporting the whole family to achieve the best outcomes for each child. Join a collaborative team of clinicians who see “behaviors” as information — our job as developmental OTs is to interpret the what and why behind them, and respond with individualized, multi-sensory support built on trust.

Why Work Here
  • Cutting-edge, relationship-based pediatric OT work
  • Experience with developmental, relationship-based approaches (e.g., DIR/Floortime) is a plus and given priority in the application process
  • Continuing education stipend to support your professional development
  • Full-time and part-time schedules both welcome
  • Growing, mission-driven team focused on sensory processing and individual development
Your Role
  • Conduct evaluations and deliver individual outpatient therapy sessions
  • Collaborate on co-treats and group therapy
  • Provide caregiver support and coaching
  • Take direction and coaching from your supervisor, and communicate effectively with the team
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • Warm, playful presence that makes therapy feel engaging, not clinical
  • Strong critical thinking and documentation skills
  • Comfortable in a flexible, ever-changing environment
  • Genuine enthusiasm for working with children and families
  • Team player who also works well independently
Benefits
  • 401(k) matching
  • Continuing education stipend
  • Flexible schedule
  • License reimbursement
  • Opportunities for advancement
  • Paid time off
  • Professional development assistance
  • Relocation assistance
Required Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Current and unrestricted OT license in Oregon (or in progress)
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations
  • Comfortable using clinical tools/equipment (lifts, pulleys, etc.)
  • New graduates welcome to apply
