Application Support Technician

Pay: $19$21/hour (DOE)
Location: Beaverton, OR or Phoenix, AZ

Position Overview

We are seeking a Application Support Technician to join our Beaverton or Phoenix office. In this role, you will install, support, and troubleshoot managed print services software (Remote Monitoring Services) for both internal teams and external clients.

This position is ideal for someone who is technically inclined, customer-focused, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. This role provides direct assistance to external clients, contract administrators, and sales representatives. The ideal candidate is technically minded, proactive, customer focused, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain remote monitoring software for clients

  • Troubleshoot software and connectivity issues for internal and external users
  • Provide timely support via phone, email, and ticketing system
  • Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in CRM
  • Collaborate with development teams on system improvements
  • Perform routine system maintenance and monitoring
  • Complete MPS Monitor training within 30 days
  • Work toward team goals, KPIs, and technical certifications

Qualifications

  • Associates degree or higher and 1+ year of customer service experience

  • 12 years of help desk or technical support experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Basic knowledge of networking and database concepts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred:

  • Microsoft SQL experience
  • Windows Server experience
