The Applications Developer IV is a principal-level role responsible for leading enterprise application architecture, establishing technical standards, and delivering complex software solutions. This role drives innovation, provides cross-team leadership, and ensures scalable, secure, and high-performing systems across the organization.

As an Application Developer, a typical day may include:

  • Leading enterprise application architecture and solution design,
  • Defining and drive technical standards, frameworks, and best practices,
  • Overseeing the full software development lifecycle and ensure quality delivery,
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to align technical solutions with goals
  • Guiding development teams and provide technical leadership
  • Designing scalable, secure, and high-performing distributed systems,
  • Evaluating and adopt new technologies to support innovation,
  • Ensuring governance, compliance, and security standards are met,
  • Mentoring senior and junior developers across teams,

To Be Considered for the  position, you must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in application development, system design, or software engineering
  • Hands-on experience in data design, querying, writing procedures using Microsoft SQL Server or other relational databases
  • Hands-on data modelling experience using Snowflake Cloud Database
  • Hands-on data modelling experience using dbt technologies
  • Hands-on experience creating multi-tier Web / Windows Applications using Microsoft C#.NET Stack
  • Hands-on experience engineering React JS applications
  • Experience in Test Automation using RPA tools (example, UiPath) is preferred
