About this role
Responsibilities:
• Configure and maintain servers and applications. Install and configure software and systems.
• Apply operating system and application updates and patches. Maintain backups of key systems, design and test crucial system redundancy.
• Perform audits of key systems for health and security assurance.
• Document deployment, maintenance, and recovery procedures.
• Integrate strong access controls and adhere to best security practices.
• Identify tasks suitable for automation and create supporting scripts.
• Monitor and predict resource usage for capacity planning.
• Engage in research and development to enhance system performance and capabilities.
• In critical situations, provide off-hour support to maintain system operability.
Qualifications:
• 6 or more years of relevant work experience.
• Working knowledge of Windows Servers, Linux Servers, and virtual machine management.
• Familiar with networking concepts and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
• Experience configuring and managing network storage devices.
• Skilled in reviewing and monitoring system logs for performance, security, and root cause analysis.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms.

For Wilmington, DE Only the salary range for this position is USD$138,000.00 - USD$186,500.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits.
