Job Description We are seeking a talented Fullstack Application Developer to be part of the team that creates cohesive and seamless digital experiences for our customers.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies and demonstrate proficiency in NodeJS and ReactJS.
This role requires working closely with the development team and stakeholders, and will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality solutions across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain web applications from conception to deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Design both client-side and server-side architecture.
  • Write effective APIs to facilitate seamless communication between various components.
  • Develop front-end web applications from translating UI/UX designs to code.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to uphold code quality standards.
  • Drive the implementation of thorough testing and debugging processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality, bug-free applications.
  • Ideate software solutions in collaboration with development teams and product managers.
  • Analyze and optimize code for improved efficiency, maintainability, and monitor application performance to implement necessary optimizations.
  • Identify and address technical issues and challenges promptly, providing solutions and guidance to ensure project success.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with at least 2-3 years of web application development experience.
  • Tech Stack must have: NodeJs, Angular.Js, ReactJS (nice to have)
  • Development languages: Proficiency in server-side programming languages including NodeJS
  • Databases & Caching: Familiarity with RDBMS (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL) and NoSQL/Caching technologies (MongoDB, Redis)
  • Basic design ability: Knowledge of UI/UX principles and basic prototype design.
  • Server: OS-level virtualization/containerization technologies such as Docker, and with a solid background in Linux.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development.
  • Experienced in unit testing and testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha
  • Solid experience with Git.
  • Good understanding of CI/CD and various web development concepts such as PWA, CSR, SSR, and RWD.
  • Good understanding of OOP and Functional Programming principles

Additional nice to have requirements (preferred):

  • Familiarity with various cloud service providers such as AWS and GCP is a plus.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in code and application development.
