Role Overview
We are seeking an Enterprise Developer, GTM Applications to join our GTM Applications team. This role will focus on designing, developing, testing, and supporting scalable solutions across Salesforce and related go-to-market systems.
The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in Salesforce development, enterprise application development, or GTM systems, with a strong foundation in application configuration, custom development, integrations, and business process support. This role requires a well-rounded developer who can contribute across the full delivery lifecycle, from requirements clarification and solution design through development, testing, deployment, and post-release support.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Delivery & Business Support
  • Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using configuration such as custom objects, fields, flows, etc., and code such as Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and SOSL
  • Build and enhance Salesforce and GTM application solutions that support processes across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partner, and Revenue Operations teams
  • Develop, enhance, and support integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven patterns
  • Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly to accelerate development, debugging, documentation, and testing, while ensuring outputs meet enterprise standards for quality, security, maintainability, and production readiness
  • Work with business stakeholders to clarify requirements, understand process gaps, and translate business needs into system solutions
  • Support discovery, solution design, impact analysis, testing, UAT, deployment validation, and post-release support
  • Debug and resolve defects across Salesforce configuration, custom code, integrations, permissions, and data flows
  • Document technical designs, configuration changes, data mappings, integration flows, and support procedures
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Follow development best practices including code reviews, version control, CI/CD processes, and platform governance standards

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in Salesforce development, enterprise application development, GTM systems, or related business applications
  • Experience with one or more programming languages such as Apex, Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar object-oriented languages
  • Understanding of object-oriented programming, relational data models, APIs, and application integration concepts
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools responsibly, with the ability to review, test, refactor, and validate generated code before production use
  • Experience writing or contributing to technical documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases
  • Ability to gather and clarify requirements from business users and translate them into system solutions
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders

Additional Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, or Revenue Cloud
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, middleware, or event-based integrations
  • Familiarity with Snowflake, data platforms, or sales applications
  • Familiarity with applying AI tools or AI-enabled features in enterprise application delivery, including prompt refinement, code review, test generation, documentation support, or GTM productivity use cases
  • Exposure to Git, CI/CD pipelines, Salesforce DX, Gearset, or similar deployment tools
  • Experience supporting UAT, release management, production support, and defect triage
