This role serves as a key technical and solutions-focused resource, partnering with hospital departments, vendors, and Information Systems teams to support, maintain, optimize, and enhance hospital applications and related integrations.About the RoleWorking with a high degree of independence, the Analyst II troubleshoots application issues, implements system improvements, supports upgrades, and contributes to new technology initiatives. The role also leads and coordinates small-to-medium projects, participates in system implementations and integrations, and helps ensure application solutions are reliable, effective, and aligned with the operational needs of Newton-Wellesley Hospital.Key ResponsibilitiesReview system requirements and business processes; test, debug, and implement software solutions.Develop and execute test plans and perform software quality assurance activities.Provide ongoing support for software applications by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.Train end users on software applications and develop end-user documentation.Run reports, update tables, and complete tasks associated with the ongoing operation of the software environment.Partner with hospital departments, vendors, and Information Systems teams to support application maintenance, upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.Lead and coordinate small-to-medium projects and participate in system implementations.Participate in regular team meetings to discuss activities, issues, priorities, and updates.QualificationsEducationBachelor’s degree in Information Systems required.Experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.Experience2–3 years of experience in the development, support, or operation of software applications required.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesStrong oral and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and other common office productivity solutions.If utilizing Epic, ability to obtain required certifications as outlined by program requirements.Additional Job Details (if applicable)Monday–Friday Eastern business hours required.Hybrid onsite flexible work model required, including 1–2 onsite office days per week, with flexibility based on business needs.Remote workdays require a stable, secure, quiet, and compliant workstation.Remote TypeHybridWork Location2014 Washington StreetScheduled Weekly Hours40Employee TypeRegularWork ShiftDay (United States of America)Pay Range$75,275.20 - $109,553.60/AnnualGrade6At Mass General Brigham, we believe in recognizing and rewarding the unique value each team member brings to our organization.
