We are looking for an Integrated Insights Lead, US Immunology to join our Global Integrated Insights team based out of either Atlanta, GA or Raleigh, NC
About the role
The Integrated Insights Lead serves as the primary insights partner for the US Dermatology and Rheumatology business teams. The role is responsible for engaging and translating a wide range of internal and external information - commercial data, market research, analytics, domain expertise, and organizational knowledge - into clear, actionable recommendations that guide UCB's strategic and operational decisions. The individual must demonstrate strategic thinking, strong analytical acumen, deep understanding of the US immunology landscape, and the ability to influence senior leaders through compelling insight-driven storytelling.
Key elements of the role include:

Who you'll work with
The role holds matrix leadership accountability for orchestrating how insights are generated, integrated, and communicated across teams. Success depends on strong cross-functional collaboration, proactive information-sharing, and the ability to simplify complexity for diverse stakeholders. The insights lead owns the US product specific insights needs plan, anticipates opportunities, shapes research priorities, and ensures coordination with internal insights partners - including Primary Market Research, Competitive Intelligence, Advanced Analytics, and Insight-to-Impact colleagues. The role also partners closely with regional and global BIMXELX insights leads to ensure alignment and consistent insight narratives across regions.
What you'll do
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic insights leadership across the commercial lifecycle of BIMZELX, ensuring decisions are grounded in robust evidence and integrated perspectives.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Drive strong coordination within US BIMZELX insights, across global insights partners, and between other asset teams to maximize efficiency, share best practices, and accelerate impact.
  • Integrated Insights Execution: Oversee US insight plans, including research, analysis, and analytics priorities, ensuring that workstreams are aligned, well-integrated, and delivered with impact.
  • Methodological Stewardship: Ensure the right modalities are used for each business question-leveraging datasets, analytics, AI-driven approaches, and existing knowledge before commissioning new work.
  • Business Partnership: Strengthen relationships with US commercial teams, global partners, Insight Engines, finance, forecasting, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Insight Delivery: Contribute directly to the creation, analysis, and communication of insights that inform strategic choices.
  • Market Awareness: Maintain up-to-date understanding of the US immunology market, key competitors, emerging dynamics, and unmet needs.

Interested? For this role we're looking for the following education, experience and skills
  • Bachelors Degree
  • 8+ years of relevant experience within pharmaceutical commercial data, market research & analytics
  • Strong command of commercial and medical data, analytics, advanced analytics, and primary research methodologies.
  • Deep experience in Rheumatology and Dermatology markets.
  • Excellent quantitative analysis and interpretation capabilities.
  • Experience leveraging diverse insight modalities and integrating insights for enriched recommendations.
