Are you a problem-solver who enjoys working with your hands and helping people? Mr.Appliance of Holland is looking for a Service Professional to join our growing team. You’ll be the face of our company, diagnosing and repairing essential household appliances while providing top-tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose & Repair: Identify issues and perform repairs on a variety of kitchen and laundry appliances (refrigerators, washers/dryers, ovens, etc.).

  • Customer Excellence: Provide clear explanations of repairs and transparent pricing to homeowners.

  • Maintain Equipment: Manage your provided service vehicle and tool inventory.

  • Professionalism: Maintain a clean work area and represent the brand with integrity.

  • Previous experience in appliance repair or a related mechanical field (HVAC, Electrical, etc.) is preferred but not required—we will train the right person!

  • Strong communication and "people" skills.

  • Valid Driver’s License with a relatively clean driving record.

  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various home environments.
